Crescent Clinic is set up by Dr Shazia Sheikh to practice quality, evidence-based healthcare services incorporated with preventive medicine and wellness.

Our physician is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has strong experience in treating patients for common illnesses as well as managing their acute and chronic conditions. The physician is complemented by a team of trained, knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated medical and administrative staff. We value our patients and hope to provide excellent services and maintain long-lasting relationships. Crescent Clinic will be your partner in maintaining good health.

Our board certified Primary Care Physician treats patients from teens to old age. The facility has a full complement of on-site support services to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

We have multi-lingual staff and we accept most insurances including Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, and many other commercial insurance plans.
